Ideally use a large old white bath towel, this can be used to rub over the surface after the saturation time to ensure that all excess is removed.
Please ensure that after you have used this or any other applicators, that you leave them to dry, laid out and outside, so they do not self-combust. Do not leave these in bins or skips crumpled up.
